@yengame7 There are several general books. Just read one for background. Glutathione is great for a lot of things but a severe lack of it can cause falling and other symptoms. To fix your liver so it can make glutathione, take milk thistle (several capsules a day for a couple of weeks, then down to one a day for maintenance.). To provide the components for your liver to make it, eat a healthy diet with lots of green veggies, including green leafy veggies, and if you have trouble sleeping ((which means you don’t have enough melatonin) take melatonin before bed. Your body breaks down melatonin to help make glutathione. If a lack of glutathione is your problem you should start recovering from your falling symptoms within 2-4 weeks. It will also help fix whatever other chronic conditions you have. Glutathione is involved in dozens of systems in your body, and as the master antioxidant, makes most disorders somewhat better. If this doesn’t fix your problem, it won’t hurt you, and will probably make you feel better overall. I hope this is your issue. If not, get tested for MS and other autoimmune disorders. Glutathione is actually used by some to treat MS, along with drugs, so if it helps a little, but you continue to have symptoms, get tested for MS. I hope this helps. If it does, tell people about it. Neurologists and other doctors don’t, and unless people research health things and stumble onto it, it’s unlikely they’ll figure it out. (which is why I try to.). Good luck!
