In my own personal opinion, plain water is still the best. How long have you been diagnosed with Stage 3? Do you know the cause of your kidney disease?

@gingerw A few years. I stared at stage A progressed to B and my numbers fluctuacted up and down. My doctors were never really concerned about it. I just had a bladder Ct Scan. Creatine a bit high and Urea slightly high.
