Thank you so much for providing the link to the Foundation for Peripheral Neuropathy website. I have browsed through some of the topics and am pleasantly surprised at the wealth of information provided in terms of alternative treatment. I, too, avoid taking any prescription drugs, unless absolutely necessary. I find the Food Shopping Guide particularly interesting, as there are many foods on the list, I believe will be helpful if incorporated into the diet. We could ultimately gain more benefits from eating properly, which, of course, isn't always easy to do. But I am committed to trying.
