I am reading the book”GreatBones” by Keith McCormick. Here and in several other places I have read to take Fortibone collegen. I get mine on Osteo Naturals website. it is $60 but it will last a long time as the daily measuring scoop is a lot smaller than other brands I've purchased. It has helped my nails grow, and my lower lumber stenosis pain has improved a lot as well.

I also take fortibone from osteonaturals. It has been a year now. I did notice that it has helped the pain I would typically get on my right hip. Hoping that it is working. Also taking osteostim, which helps with inflammation and joint pain. Taking D and K and magnesium too. Being inconsistent with my exercise. I hurt my arm and fell out of the groove, need to get back to it. I also am reading Keith’s book. It is extremely informative.
