Have been dealing with it for many years (I am now 80). My best fix: Gabapentin at 3000 mg daily spread throughout the day (with 1800 of it an hour before bedtime) and go to bed with flight socks covered with thick wool sock. Endure some pain during waking hours when you can occupy your mind with various amusements, and get some sleep at night. best wishes!
