Hydrogen water or tablets: any benefits for kidneys?

Do these containers work? Do tablets work? I have stage 3 kidney disease and want to try and be more proactive. I don’t want to waste my money though. Any advice?

Wonder how hydrogen can be in a pill form. Does not make sense in terms of chemistry although of course there was the hydrogen bomb -wasn’t it compressed gas and explosive

In my own personal opinion, plain water is still the best. How long have you been diagnosed with Stage 3? Do you know the cause of your kidney disease?
