So sorry to hear about your situation. I have something quite similar, and I'm 53. I also have chronic pain and due to that, chronic exhaustion. Have you tried Tylenol Arthritis? I also think Tylenol is basically worthless, but my pain management specialist recommended it and Motrin for breakthrough pain. I pretty much always take Motrin at the same time as the Tylenol (3x daily). I am also getting PT to strengthen my muscles to keep things better in place. I get OT to help with my neuropathy. Have you had an EMG yet?
