UPDATE!

I am 7 weeks post op (Nov. 4th). The symptoms that still lingering are the burning when urinating (accompanied w feelings of doing #2), urgency and sometimes the frequency. I believe stress can affect these as anxiety kicks in because of the eagerly feelings of getting better. There are good days and not so good days.

Everything else is working as it should. My urine stream is strong depending of how much liquid is in my body (due to frequency). My ejaculations are way better than before the procedure.

I have an appointment w urologist in January. Hopefully, there is nothing wrong as these lingering symptoms are bothersome and worrysome thus affecting my lifestyle. I have to plan for when urinating before work meetings or doing errands. I have not attempt to start exercising for fear of making my recuperation worst.

Please keep the faith and stay strong. Happy Holidays!

@joseflesh You might try Azo Urinary Pain Relief. It's over the counter but is the same med they gave me in the hospital. If you can, keep your doctor in the loop. Of course Tylenol might help to.

Take Care, Randy

@joseflesh I think recovery varies for less of people. I was doing great at 2 months, but frequency and discomfort increased in month 3. Now almost 4 months the frequency has settled down mostly but irritation in urethra and burning in perineum still an issue so you're not alone. My next Uro appointment wasn't until 6 months, but I scheduled something for next week to discuss any options. I still find a lot of heavy activity increases symptoms. Still all in all in much better of than I was so i still feel confident. My flow is generally very good, up less at night and frequency isn't bad
