I work with a nutritionist who specializes in autoimmune problems. She recommended Omega 3 supplements, sipping bone broth, and then L-theanine when I started having insomnia.

@kaygs I have Flaxseed oil for the Omega 3. Make my own bone broth. Thanks for mentioning the L-theanine. I had not heard about it but did just now look it up. I will keep it in mind. I found that if I am having problem with sleep....for me...it appears I have not taken enough vitamin D, it works for me each time.
