I was diagnosed with vaginal Lichen last May by a gynecologist and now my dermatologist is treating me for it. I use Clobetesol ointment every other day and the off days I use Pur brand Coconut Oil ozone-infused. (Amazon) It is expensive but worth it for the pain/itching relief it gives me. Some say they don't like the smell of it but I think it is odd but for the relief it gives me, it is a welcome fragrance. Best of luck getting the relief you need.
