Have any of you noticed getting insomnia while tapering off prednisone

A steroid will do that to you. I was on a small amount due to loss of taste and smell due to Covid and I used it in a nasal rinse, a small amount. On like day 4 of using it, I had 2 or 3 bad nights where I didn’t sleep at all!😴

@lkirnbauer, I also had a steroid injection in my neck and I had 3 nights with insomnia. It was long 3 days but the 4th night I slept well. Instructions from my Dr said that was one of the things that can happen with steroid injection. I also had a few days of fluid retention from the steroid. Things are getting back to normal now. I need to remember that when I have further pain injections.
