Oh wow, I am on 8 mg and thought we had to stop at 10mg, but you're taking 25mg and 50 mg... Do you have links to research for that ? I'll google it for myself as well, but it's hard to see the forest for the trees !

I am doing an oxygen enrichment Trial at Toronto Western right now, which is also said to help brain fog. I have only had 3 sessions but I do feel more alert afterwards !

It's two sessions every day of 30 minutes. FIngers crossed.
