My ability to walk is getting more and more limited also but I only have the numbness and some tingling along with some minor back aches but not the real pain you are experiencing. Do they think your back pain is related to your neuropathy?

@phyllisq I am right there with you. I know you're looking for non oppoid medication. My pain special has tried 10 procedures on my spine after 2 failed spine surgeries, the last being the spinal stimulator which didn't work. I am on Norco because if I didn't get relief, I couldn't function. I'm 73 and live alone. At this time in my life, I really don't care.
