@celia16 Yes, anything has to be better than metallic but I find the salty is better than the bitter/sour and seems easier to mask with gum but nothing is better than normal taste!!!! I have no idea why it keeps changing. I wish it would change to sweet.....that would definitely be better than what we taste now. Maybe a doctor will read our posts and tell us the miracle cure!!!! Have a nice holiday season!!

I have had this for two years following a revision of a root canal. I have never been the same since. Yesterday I went to a Prosthodontist who couldn't figure it out either. He said it could be nerve damage from the injections when I had the procedure. After I go to UCLA I will let you know what they say. Did yours start randomly.
