Hi, Have you thought about contacting a different hospital or practice to see if their senior surgeon has an earlier appointment available? I would ask friends and family if they recommend a surgeon and then do your own research to see if it is a surgeon you would feel comfortable with.
I can definitely see your concern having the complication with your surgery.
I actually saw five different surgeons before making my decision.
