Thanks for your input. I do understand how you feel. It seems that so many foods, beverages, activities are off limits with the older and more unwell we become. Sticking to the healthiest foods we can figure out is good though as well as striving to live our best moments every day. It's not always easy, is it? Sorry about your undergoing stage 4 prostate cancer. How are you doing with it and the myriad of things going on? When you choose the foods closest and easiest to make, do you go with freezer meals or make something at home? If freezer meals, which options have you found that works best for you? Have a great day.
