Thanks, I just started brinsupri a few days ago, so no changes yet. I’ve been on azithromycin since October 2025 for PSA; it is gone now, and continue to use azithromycin and 2x inhalation amikacin daily. Not having an active infection (which was almost every two weeks after taking a month long of antibiotics) sure feels great.
