@cntrlcoastgirl hi! Omg, I’m experiencing the same thing. Just had my gastric bypass 2 months ago and I’ve been having a tough time trying to keep my fluids and food down. Was prescribed Ondansetron to help with the constant vomiting, but I don’t think there’s been much improvement. I’m still telling myself it’s probably early days, but I can’t help feel worried if the vomiting and nausea will persist.

How frustrating. Without keeping liquids down, you can become dehydrated and anemic due to a lack of protein. Sounds like you're working with your provider to treat.
Have they ordered a blood test to check your hemoglobin/ferritin?
Are you able to keep anything down? Are you keeping a food / liquid diet journal to see if you can find a pattern?

Sorry for multiple questions, just trying to give you some suggestions to discuss with providers.

Hope your provider can find a solution.
