It is so frustrating when you gain weight after surgery, even years later. I had mine over 13 years ago, and I have gained weight and had to concentrate on losing weight again. I have to go back to the basics, focus on what I eat and exercise. I see you also mentioned in another discussion about still dumping weekly.
