I also forgot to mention that I have tried using CBD for anxiety and it has really helped. No THC products are available on line and in stores in most of MN as it is legal.

@pjs70 But are you also on other antidepressant drugs or BENZOs while taking the CBD? I understand they may have bad interactions.
Is your anxiety fairly mild? I have very severe anxiety and tried some CBD but probably not long enough or the right dosage for it to work.
I’m taking clonazepam (BENZO) and it’s not working as before. So I want to get off of it, but still need something for the anxiety while I wait for the Effexor to work…this sounds like a bad drug.
