Yes, it sounds like some sort of seizure activity to me, too. You didn’t say, but did it resemble any previous seizures? If it resembled things you previously knew were seizures, then it’s very likely a seizure, in my opinion. Anyway, I would stop the Keppra taper and talk to my neurologist promptly.
