You will get an injection into the side of your penis almost painless such a small needle. They will be hoping to induce an erection to see if the blood is able to come into the penis, and the percentage that remains trapped to maintain an erection. In my case leakage was so bad never got nothing not even a chubby. Ended up with penile implant in the end best choice i ever made. Make sure to have the dr explain clearly the results and options.

Did the test. Turns out flow in (Peak Systolic Velocity (PSV)) - is running less than half of what is the average healthy make inflow should be - one side at 14 cm/sec and the other side at 11 cm/sec. Suggests arteriosclerosis- humbling and eye opening. End Systolic Velocity good - about 1 cm/sec.
Bottom line - insufficient flow coming in to create solid erections, though blood still be trapped ok to maintain what’s there.
We’re going to experiment with 10mg of Tadalafil daily for 3 months to see if that makes a difference.
Shots still an option, as the shot did give results that were better than my organic baseline.
