I started Orgovyx about 6 weeks before radiation which was SBRT with some treatment going to two small lesions in adjacent lymph nodes. After the radiation, I had a couple weeks of GI and GUI problems which slowly abated. I'm 3 weeks out from the radiation, will be on Orgovyx at least until late February, and feel pretty good and can do everything I was doing physically before starting it. My RO insisted on starting the ADT as early as possible as it weakened the PC and made it more susceptible to the radiation. I'd like to have a PSA/T test sooner than February but I have full confidence in my RO and his team. I'll follow his advice.
