Welcome to Mayo Connect @alxlo1 At this time I’m not finding information that CAR-T is available as a treatment follow-up for Angioimmunoblastic T-cell Lymphoma (AITL). Chemotherapy, targeted treatments and a stem cell transplant using either donor cells (allogeneic) or an ASCT, autologous using your own cells are listed for next steps.
What has your hematologist oncologist suggested?

@loribmt Romidespin and duvelisib 2 treatments 4 weeks each then allogenic BMT. Is this appropriate?
