My provider suggested drawing a stick figure and indicating where pain is, then waiting 30 days and doing it again. I just did that a couple months ago and it was the least stressful way I’ve ever gone about it. I dated the first drawing and filed it away, didn’t think about until I pulled it out after drawing the final one. Of course, this would work for any time frame.
