@jlharsh , that was actually my thoughts.... to get clear (as you suggested 30 days) and try again. But I did.nt know 2x a week might work.
I havnt talked with either Dr as yet. I'm pretty sure my rheumatologist will want to defer tomorrow gp,which will want to defer to a cardiologist that I have yet to see.
But thank you for that inforrmation.

My provider suggested drawing a stick figure and indicating where pain is, then waiting 30 days and doing it again. I just did that a couple months ago and it was the least stressful way I’ve ever gone about it. I dated the first drawing and filed it away, didn’t think about until I pulled it out after drawing the final one. Of course, this would work for any time frame.
I am interested to hear how your appointment with your rheumatologist goes. Will you come back and comment?
