@tweetypie13 what is the neurologist doing for you then.
I am seeing a neurologist also for daily migraines which started after Prednisone. He gave me Amitriptyline which he hoped would also help the postPMR pain. It helps the migraines thankfully. But that’s all .

My functional movement specialist treats my pain/soreness issues as neurological soreness. I do not see a neurologist. After working on the body part it usually goes away. Think of of it Like a specialty of PT, or massage .
