My rule of thumb is, no one has “the” answer. I vote for Tylenol for arthritis…recommended by Rehumy. Up to 6 per day, and use as needed. Keep trying. My functional movement specialist treats it as mostly neurological….. seeing good results for sometime now.

@tweetypie13 what is the neurologist doing for you then.
I am seeing a neurologist also for daily migraines which started after Prednisone. He gave me Amitriptyline which he hoped would also help the postPMR pain. It helps the migraines thankfully. But that’s all .
