Timing of aromatase inhibitors (AIs) - taking day or night?

I am on Exemestane and had been taking it following my breakfast. I also take my other routine meds at that time. I get so tired and sleepy about 2 hours later. My B/P med could do that even though been on it forever without that happening. I have just shifted the Exemestane to noon. Anyone else have that issue? I know fatigue is a huge problem with AI drugs and I guess some of that is to be expected. Just wondering if time of day helps.

I took Anastrazole in the morning and it had side effects that would seem to hit about 6 hours after I took it - mostly joint pain, some nausea. Switched to evening and it seemed to help. Switched to exemestane a year ago (because of those other side effects) and started that mornings but it did wipe me out about 3pm - would nod off reading or working on computer and have to go lay down. Switched to evenings with this one but didn’t really help much, still extreme fatigue mid day and added insomnia. Currently on a 30 day “holiday” to see if helps. So not sure I can help you with this one.
I’m taking exemestane too. I used to take it in the morning and experienced few side effects. Now I take it during lunch. With food it seems so much better. I take a break from the med one or two days a week (without my oncologist’s approval) and it seems a lot better. I take my blood pressure med at night with Loratadine. I’m not sure if loratadine helps alleviate side effects from exemestane as well. But so far it’s working for me.
My pharmacist suggest always take each medicine separately 4 hours apart with food if possible.

My oncologist told me to take my letrozole at bedtime because it may make you sleepy.
