@anewyorker Has your doc mentioned either a spinal cord stimulator trial or a pain pump trial. Some people have benefitted greatly from them. May you experience some pain relief this holiday season. Keep well and be blessed.

@heisenberg34 Thank you for your kind thoughts. I don't think I'm quite bad enough for an implanted device; the pain isn't intolerable and I'm going to try to manage it by simpler means. But thank you for the suggestions and your good wishes.
