On Mayo Connect, we do not use AI to respond. Mentors, Moderators, and all participants and posters are real people. We do a careful job to keep AI off the site. However, if you see spam or AI or advertising please report it. And yes, some pages do get less active, and the folks who initially posted may no longer be connected. If you post a specific question and don't get any response it might be worth starting a new discussion. Hope this helps.
