I take Gemtasa with a really effective drug called fesoterodine, which I recently started. It works more powerfully than anything else.

@tngirl103 Thanks for your input. I did mean urinary retention. There are other "symptoms" that I have been dealing with associated with the retention, i.e. urgency and frequency. They are listed in the Gemtesa literature under indications and usage. My insurance does not cover Gemtesa and it's not my intention to pay hundreds of dollars a month for this medication. I will probably have to schedule dilation again once I get clearance from my Cardiologist. Again, thanks. Faye
