There’s an S-I belt that can help while you wait for other modalities: It can help normalize S-I joint function, relieve lower back, hip, and leg pain, increase core strength, and help with mobility. You wear it under clothes, including underwear. The brand I bought is SEROLA, and it helped. Good luck🤞
S-I can take a long time (i.e., months) to completely resolve.

I have same type of pain. I took journavaux. It didn't help. Going to see a spine specialist. Dr. thinks it could be a pinched nerve. Best of luck to you
