magnus, I see chiropractors for SI adjustments. It's immediately effective for me and lasts about three days. It might work longer for you. I did have a lidocaine injection in SI that was good for about six hours.
I don't have deep pain so I think the rotation is shallow. It gets worse the longer I wait between chiropractors.
I hope you find relief.

@gently thanks for your comment, I started with a Chiropractor with no positive results. Also tried a Neurological MD also poor results
