From the looks of it we are all in the same boat. I have had it for about 60 years. I have to run fans at night and look for “white noise anything” at all times. Like everyone here has said, no answer on how to fix it. Kinda off topic…..William Shatner(Star Track actor) has it. Fact check me, I heard he did not want to live any longer with it either. If those thoughts go through your head please seek a shoulder to cry on. I do not have the pressure that you have. Not sure if any of the other respondents here have physical issues like your head pressure. Keep looking for a doctor that can address the physical issues and perhaps the Tinnitus will resolve itself or at least become bearable. Good luck on this journey. Thoughts and prayers for you.
