@sbtheplumber1 I use Theratears about 8 times a day. My insurance won’t pay for any of the expensive eye drops and I can’t pay cash. I do ok if I use my drops routinely. Overnight is when I get really dry. Thank you for comments

@lgreg Yes, overnight is when the dry mouth affects me the worst. I don’t sleep well, at all, due to dry mouth waking me, numerous times, then having to take a sip of water. This means some napping, during the day, when I can. Aggravating !
@lgreg I use an ointment plus a gel at night for my eyes, and Oracoat Xylimints for my mouth. Both together has made a noticeable difference.
