It’s only been eight days! I know I don’t have much to base my experience on, but I have been looking forward to this for so long! So I’m in uncharted territory.
So much information is available about treatment side effects, but little for post treatment effects/recovery.
I’m 70, so am curious as to what symptoms are due to anastrozole and what are caused by natural ageing. Maybe due to the interruption of cancer, I may never know the natural process.
Forgive me for boasting, but I’m just glad to be through it!

You're in very early days my fatigue didn't hit me until 3 weeks after I was home. I did not take an AI. I found a very good group online they do zoom meetings Mondays and Fridays you can go on and join breast cancer.org . Once you get into it you can sign up for the meetings the ones that are done treatment. Good luck 🤞
