What is a good shoe for Plantar fasciitis ?
I have plantar fasciitis in my right foot since my TKR. I have tried several different shoes, does anyone have some suggestions?

When I had PF, I would stretch the muscle by either wrapping a towel around the bottom of my foot ,while still laying in bed, and pull the ends of the towel towards you.
Or I would find a stair step, stand on a step using only the toes, and dip the heals down to stretch your muscles.

1 ReactionA night splint really helped stretch my muscles as I slept. Also, I only wear Vionic shoes, they are pricey but they are worth it.

@SusanEllen66 I do this most every day. This works well.
@kathydod I haven't tried the Vionic shoes. May give them a try. Thanks
@heavyphil I do wear Orthofeet.
@cyndi2013 My wife has both Vionic and Orthofeet.
She said the Vionic is slightly higher archwise.
She did buy a ‘high arch’ insole on Amazon snd loves
It. There are many to choose from.

1 ReactionI would recommend a custom orthotic. I wear Hoka Gaviota shoes and custom orthotics and it has helped along with stretching and Diclofenac gel.
@heavyphil I am thinking about the Vionics.
