I was diagnosed with Sjogrens about 8 years ago and I have post nasal drip 24/7. It is very annoying and like you, sometimes runs out like a stream. Guafenesin helps but then I get inflamed mouth sores because it dries me out so much. so I don’t take very often

@lgreg it’s hard to use stuff to dry you out especially if you have dry eyes I’m now on 2 bottles of eye drops luckily insurance pays for the $750 one and I get a $59 manufacturer coupon for the $700 one. I tore the tissue on my eye from a dry eye.
