I am also on this same combination for myofacial pain syndrome, similar to fibromyalgia without the fatigue, and it works well for me. A bonus is that Cymbalta also helps tamp down the anxiety that comes with chronic pain. If I take it in the evenings, it helps me get a better night’s sleep also.
