Thank you. That is helpful. It is hard to see if I see some of the suture or not. Glad you were able to clip it out yourself! I am hoping to talk to the dr. tomorrow.

@mfb123 Ginger is a brave and experienced soul -- and may I add a lucky one! Although clipping the suture granuloma on her own worked for her without any untoward results, that is not the recommended route to go as there is potential it could lead to infection, re-opening the wound, missing some of the material or causing scarring. Since you've been in contact with your dermatologist and aware of some viable options best to wait to see what the provider advises in your case.

If memory serves, hadn't you also stared on immunotherapy? If I'm correct, may I ask how that's working out for you?
