I am sorry you had to experience all of that but I am so thankful to read your story.
I had one shot of Prolia and 10 days later I started spiraling. A severe case of strep throat and then swollen lymph nodes everywhere, throwing up constantly (lost 50 lbs). Labs went off the charts, was being checked for lymphoma, leukemia and multiple myeloma. Hematologist finally said I think this is all autoimmune. Rheumatologist who prescribed the Prolia was adamant it wasn’t. After shaming her into getting bloodwork to prove it wasn’t autoimmune, test came back with RA, Sjogrens, MGUS, Vasculitis. I had Hashimoto’s and fibromyalgia. Ended up a Mayo and the Rheumatologist there saved my life! I swore it was the Prolia shot that started all of this.

@nfrancis welcome to Mayo connect, read your story and well I'm no doctor but also don't buy coincidence either, my thought like yours it might have triggered something else I'm jut happy you are in good hands now and can see the light at the end of the tunnel. ill send an extra prayer this morning your way -----------sent. every body acts different to medications and i have to be extremely careful because of seizures but am recouping but gods grace, have a blessed day.
