Hello. I am currently enrolled in an Onero program through Scoliosis Pt JAX. It’s located on Jacksonville Florida. I drive from GA to access 2x week. There is a specific protocol developed from the LIFTMOr study. It’s not typically what is done in regular weight or strength training. It involves deadlifting heavier weights with specific sets and reps because this was discovered to actually create the impact that bone requires to stimulate bone building process. I have done free weights in the past and this is quite different on my body. I am allergic to bone meds. I had a fracture at T-8 a year and a khyptoplasty. I picked up a 50# dog. No Provider knows what to advise. I’m extremely active. I lifted 35# sandbags - then it was basically don’t do anything- you can fracture.

My PT is trained and licensed by Onero. Yes it does make a difference for safety, actual bone formation -not just muscle/strength. My program already has a waiting list. I plan to go for at least a year. Then hopefully be able to find someone closer a program/personal trainer/PT- this like meds -for the rest of your life. It’s $400/month. Prices will vary. Medicare does not cover. I’m super happy with my progress at 3 months. Highly recommend!

@staceywren I did my Onero intake Friday in Encinitas, CA and first class is tomorrow. What is your progress at 3 months? Thank you.
