Hi,
Thank you for that info. Yes mine is similar. I guess sometimes they have you wait and see if it dissolves on its own or maybe give you an anti inflammatory med. I will touch base with the surgeon. Let me know how your appointment goes.
Thanks,

Had my appt. Monday with MOHS surgeon said wound healing good but was concern about one nodule about a 1/4 inch from incision. So had to have a biopsy of that nodule. Poor hand really been traumatized.

The surgeon did take some cultures from my incision wound to make sure no infection in there. She did not think so but wants to be sure. She also put me on an antibiotic for a week or until cultures come back negative.

The nodules I was told are common around and in the incision and sutures. But I had so many wanted to check it. And the one module that had gotten quite high taken on a white top (that one was biopsied).

I also talked about the pain. Sharp pain from time to time and then at most times nothing. Was told nerves are damaged and when they come back would get those quick jabbing type pain. But if pain was continuous then contact them. Told can take up to 3-4 for complete healing.

Waiting on the one biopsy and the cultures taken. Was going to do water aerobics today but could not because of the biopsy. Bummer!
