Looking for a message about a surgeon at Northwestern

Posted by annie1 @annie1, Dec 14, 2025

I am desperately trying to find the name of a surgeon that someone recommended at Northwestern to me a few months ago because that person had similar symptoms to mine, was also older and had osteoporosis. The surgeon's name was unusual, I think it started with an X. If anyone is that person please reach out to me. Thanks !

@annie1 - I did a search of Connect using "surgeon at Northwestern" and it turned up quite a few comments relating to different conditions if you want to scan through them - https://connect.mayoclinic.org/search/comments/.

Thank you I actually did find the message a little after I posted that, thanks everybody I wish we were all in the room together instead of in cyberspace. I'm pretty scared about my situation the pain is getting worse I consulted many surgeons and I saw a woman last week / surgeon who just said she didn't think I should do fusion she didn't think it would help my symptoms and she really had nothing else to offer except physical therapy which doesn't help my symptoms.
