Rhinitis goes along with autoimmune disease, that's a possibile contributor. I would also look further into all the possible complications of Sjogren's since it impacts mucosal membranes.

@fairn will check that out! My GI doc thinks it’s the stomach acid coming back up since the sphincter isn’t closing causing it but I feel it from the roof of my mouth coming down. And since it happens when I’m setting up also it seems like it would be from Sinuses. Not really wanting a stomach surgery if avoidable
