I would recommend contacting Patient Account Services to ask your specific questions.

To contact Patient Account Services at 844-217-9591 (toll-free), Monday through Friday. There is one number for all locations, but your insurance coverage may depend on location.

@roch not sure which location will work for me yet. My Central autonomic dysfunction affects neurological, cardiac, metabolic, esophageal, pulmonary, and ocular systems.

I’m from Oregon. Florida isn’t taking new
Patients.
