I am a bit confused trying to understand your current situation.
Are you presently taking Prolia? Is it something you have taken in the past? How long would you stay on Prolia? Is the Reclast suggested as an alternative to Prolia or as a rebound med?

Still taking it.
I would not go beyond two shots . Rebound is easier to manage then
I suggested a half dose of reclast for rebound. My endocrinologist said I might be okay having a drug holiday for a bit. My options are limited since I have already had the max on alendronate, forteo and evenity
