Had 2-level VIA Disc procedure yesterday. L3/L4 and L4/L5 this week. The procedure itself was fairly painful but bearable. Was sore from the procedure and had some initial back muscle stiffness. Today I'm feeling much great. There was a Vivex (VIA Disc company) doctor present during the procedure too. Got to chat with him afterwards. Already enjoying relief from my disc pain which should be fully realized within a month or so, but just the structural support from the allograft has already reduced the referred pain in my left hip, leg, and foot. I am so glad I had this done. Best I've felt in many years.
