What is your T-score? I felt the exact same way when I was diagnosed with osteoporosis and a T-score of -4.5. I felt very fragile. Many women freak out with a T-score of, for example, -3.2. My next scan showed -4.7, so I went on Tymlos for two years and ended up with a T-score of -3.8, which I was thrilled with.
